What You'll Do
Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience
Build relationships with customer and follow up to ensure satisfaction and referrals
Stay up to date on vehicle features, promotions, and market trends
Work closely with our sales team and managers to meet and exceed sales goals
Navigate a structured CRM to locate potential missed opportunities
Directly working along side sales consultants with the customer to Maximize opportunities for sales
What We're Looking For
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Previous auto sales experience is a plus but is not required - we provide training
A positive, self-motivated attitude and strong communication skills
The desire to earn top income and build a long-term career in automotive sales
