The Role

• Perform accounting procedures for general ledger and sub-ledger transactions.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
• Drive process improvement activities within accounting functions.
• Manage record-keeping and provide audit support.
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and prepaid/accrual accounting.
• Post AR invoices, apply customer payments, and reconcile sales and receivable accounts.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with two years of experience, or five years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Detail-oriented with solid knowledge of accounting processes and systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop working relationships across departments.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accurate transaction processing.
