The Role

  • Source and develop leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member retention.
  • Demonstrate strong self-motivation and commitment to building a profitable business.

What You'll Need

  • Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills.
  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
