  • Partner across People Services, HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Reward, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other teams to deliver mobility outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with multiple external providers across immigration, tax, relocation and other mobility services, monitoring service quality and addressing issues where required.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and improve mobility processes, reducing friction, manual work and unnecessary handoffs.
  • Explore and apply technology, automation and AI to improve case management, operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Work effectively across regions and global time zones, contributing to a consistent and scalable global mobility service.

Who you are

  • Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, including international transfers, relocation, immigration, tax considerations and assignment management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex cases, deadlines and stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
  • Strong employee service mindset, with the ability to deliver a responsive, personalised and high touch experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex mobility requirements clearly and practically.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple external mobility providers, including immigration, tax and relocation vendors.
  • Strong problem solving and continuous improvement capability, with experience identifying and implementing better processes and ways of working.
  • Technology curious and comfortable exploring how automation, AI and emerging tools can improve mobility service delivery.

Preferred

  • Experience working within an in-house global mobility function in a fast paced, international organisation.
  • Experience supporting mobility across multiple regions, particularly APAC locations (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan)
  • Experience with mobility technology, HR platforms, automation or AI enabled tools.

What you’ll get
