Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years managing projects using hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, roadmap development, risk management, resource management, change management, and budget planning.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience managing large, moderately complex projects; PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification required or in progress.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of process improvement, financial/accounting principles, and mortgage industry concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
