We're hiring for a leading national provider of specialized psychiatric and psychosomatic care, recognized as the third-largest psychosomatic clinic in Germany. This facility offers comprehensive therapeutic approaches for adolescents and adults in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

The Role

• Take on early specialized medical leadership roles on our psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path towards full specialist leadership.
• Progressively assume responsibility for clinical processes and the complete psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Medical Officer in a senior consultant capacity and contribute significantly to departmental advancement.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interventions to ensure high-quality patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or an assistant physician in the 4th year of training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapeutic training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a diverse team of physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and therapists.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to leadership responsibilities within a structured onboarding process.
• A commitment to providing excellent patient care in a specialized setting.
