The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing.
• Certified training as a Quality Assurance Officer.
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably with some leadership experience.
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong communication, reliability, and commitment.
