Job description

OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT

Building the backbone of European trades together – with AI-first software.
We’re not just building software – we’re on a mission to create space for contractors & tradespeople by equipping them with AI solutions that work the way they do: fast, practical, and AI-first. With Tier 1 Investors from Europe and the US, like Headline and Creandum as well as 30,000+ tradespeople as customer base, we’re scaling across Europe to turn scattered tradespeople into thriving communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people in mind who wear the boots, not the suits. We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow.

YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT

Be the person who wins our first customers and helps shape how plancraft grows in Poland.
As our first hire for the Polish market, you’ll combine the ownership of starting something new with the support of an experienced international team. From your first customer conversations to your first closed deals, you’ll see the direct impact of your work and help us learn what makes plancraft valuable to Polish tradespeople.
Your main focus will be selling: understanding customers’ challenges, showing how plancraft can help, and turning interest into lasting customer relationships. Along the way, you’ll help refine our local sales approach and turn what you learn into a playbook for future growth.

You’ll work directly with René, our Expansion Lead, who has already successfully launched plancraft in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. Now, Poland is next, and you’ll work alongside him, building on what has worked in other markets and adapting our existing playbook to Polish customers. You’ll learn directly from his experience, get regular coaching, and have plenty of room to bring your own ideas.
You’ll bring the local perspective, René will bring his expansion experience, and together you’ll turn those first conversations into the foundations of plancraft in Poland.
Where you’ll work
We’d ideally like you to join us in Hamburg for the first month(s), working alongside our Expansion Lead and the wider team to learn about the product, build momentum, and get the Polish market started. Longer term, we see opportunities for this role to be based in Hamburg or Poland. We’ll discuss the setup and your preferences openly during the process.
Your Responsibilities

  • Win our first Polish customers. Guide prospects through qualification, discovery, tailored demos, follow ups, and closing.

  • Build your pipeline. Work with incoming leads and proactively reach out to potential customers, testing what works best in the Polish market.

  • Take ownership of your results. Organise your daily activities, keep your CRM up to date, and use your pipeline and conversion data to improve your approach.

  • Help customers get off to a strong start. Support selected onboarding and activation activities so customers experience value early, while keeping sales as your main focus.

  • Bring the customer’s perspective into plancraft. Share feedback, objections, and local needs with René and our product and marketing teams.

  • Shape how we sell in Poland. Test messaging, refine demos, and document what works so each customer conversation helps us improve.

  • Learn and improve together. Share progress and challenges openly, seek feedback, and put coaching into practice.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Practical experience in B2B sales and a good understanding of how to move a prospect from first conversation to a buying decision.

  • A willingness to reach out proactively and start conversations with potential customers.

  • The motivation to spend most of your day selling, speaking with customers, following up, and working towards shared goals.

  • Curiosity and openness to coaching. You ask questions, take feedback seriously, and enjoy putting new approaches into practice.

  • You take initiative, follow through on commitments, and speak up when you need support.

  • Comfort with an early market setup where some things are still being figured out, and an interest in helping find the answers.

  • Polish at native-level and strong English skills for daily collaboration with our international team.

What would be a plus

  • Experience selling SaaS or working with small businesses.

  • A background that combines prospecting with closing, for example moving from an SDR or BDR role into an Account Executive position.

  • Experience in a startup or helping introduce a product to a new market.

  • Familiarity with tradespeople, contractors, or the challenges of running a small trade business.

Don’t match all the above? Don’t worry! If you bring solid sales foundations, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to help us win our first customers in Poland, we’d love to hear from you.

A note on employment

For employment based in Poland, we currently work with our trusted Employer of Record partner, Oyster, as we do not yet have a local legal entity. This allows us to offer a standard employment contract from the start. We are currently not offering B2B contracts for this position. If you would be based in Hamburg, we’ll explain the applicable employment setup during the process.
Please submit your application documents in English.

WHY PLANCRAFT?

  • Team Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission. Team spirit matters to us — and we make it visible: with four major team events per year and a strong recognition culture where we regularly celebrate both the big and small wins together.

  • Ownership: You’re encouraged to take ownership from day one. In a flat hierarchy and high-trust environment, you’re empowered to make meaningful decisions and drive real impact.

  • Learning & Growth: We invest in your personal and professional development through a strong feedback culture, a personal learning budget, and targeted enablement formats. Our goal is to help you unlock your full potential.

  • AI Enablement: Our internal tools and workflows are AI-enabled by design. We support every team and individual in applying AI at the next level in their daily work, including getting your own Claude license, of course.

  • Tech & Tooling: You’ll receive a MacBook, premium over-ear headphones, and everything else you need — from hardware to tools — to be effective in your daily doing.

  • Recharge: To ensure the needed rest, we offer 30 vacation days per year (based on a 5-day week) and Dec 24th off.

  • Flex Allowance: We provide you with a monthly flex allowance. You can spend it freely on topics like mobility, wellbeing, and more — whatever supports you best.

  • International Environment: We’re becoming more international every month, with team members already in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Spain — which is why English is our internal company language.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences, and we believe that different perspectives lead to better ideas, stronger products, and a healthier workplace.
