Job Description

We are working with an established manufacturer in the Tonbridge area who are looking to employ a Marketing & Communications Executive.

This is an exciting position with a salary of up to 45,000/annum and 2 days hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan.
  • Support sales through customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage photo/video shoots and company merchandise.
  • Create and manage website and social media content.
  • Produce and update marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and press releases.
  • Support CRM activities and market research initiatives.
  • Mentor and manage the Marketing Apprentice.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on communications, websites, publications, exhibitions, and dealer events.
  • Travel within the UK and internationally as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Similar.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro).
  • SEO, Google ads and social media ads experience.
  • Website development experience.
  • Ability to create engaging and professional content for multiple platforms.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to self-motivate and multi-task independently.
  • The ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Willingness to undertake product familiarity training.
