Hours : Full time, including evenings and weekends

This role will create distinctive, high-performance content that reflects the clubs progressive identity and the rapid growth of the women's game.

This is a dynamic, hybrid role built for a mobile-first creator and confident on-camera personality. You will be solely dedicated to the women's team - shooting, editing, presenting, and publishing content in real-time, optimised for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You will produce content that connects fans with our players, acting as the face and voice of our women's team channels on matchdays and beyond.

Your Profile

  • A Champion of Womens Sport: You will have a deep knowledge and passion for womens football (specifically the WSL) and the fan culture.
  • Confident Communicator: Energetic and natural on-camera presence.
  • Creative Storyteller: Instinctive, deeply connected to internet culture, and quick to spot a trend.
  • Collaborative & Independent: Comfortable running a project solo or integrating with the wider media team.
