Title: Desktop Support
Location: 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744
Duration: 10 Months with possible extension

Important Note: Position will be 100% Onsite. In-person interview mandatory. 

Job Description
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians

Minimum Qualifications
4 Experience providing “white-glove” executive level support
5 Experience providing end-user support
5 Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
5 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
5 Experience support Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
4 Experience support video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex

Preferred Qualifications
5 Experience creating technical knowledge articles
4 Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
5 Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
