The Role

• Provide expert roadside assistance to members, diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues on-site.
• Embrace a flexible work schedule, with shifts varying between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Work an average of 40 hours per week, with your roster provided seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.
• Manage your own toolkit and a leading employer in this sector van, ensuring it is well-stocked and equipped for all eventualities.
• Maintain accurate reports and handle administrative tasks with precision.
• Act as a calm and confident ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service under pressure.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and openness to travel, potentially including overnight stays.
• The ability to problem-solve effectively and work independently.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
