Broadband & Voice Network Engineer - Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for broadband, TV, and voice services in residential and business environments.
• Design, configure, and optimize network and telecom systems for reliability and performance.
• Monitor network health, diagnose complex issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with field techs, customer support, and engineering to resolve escalated service problems.
• Implement and maintain automation, scripts, and tools to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Document configurations, procedures, incident resolutions, and best practices.
• Support testing and deployment of new telecom and media technologies and services.
• Contribute to on-call rotations and incident response as needed.
