Oracle Record-to-Report (Functional Consultant)

Location: Kansas City, MO. ONSITE

Contract: 12 Months

Required Experience and Skills

·             10-15 years of Oracle EBS Financials functional experience.

·             Strong expertise in Oracle GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, Period Close, and Financial Reporting.

·             Experience leading AMS engagements and distributed support teams.

·             Strong accounting and finance process knowledge.

·             Proven client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

·             Experience with ITIL-based Managed Service delivery models.Secondary Skillset (Good to Have)

·             Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), OTBI, EB Tax, AP/AR/Projects integration to GL, bank reconciliation, FSG/BI Publisher, audit/SOX controls and Financial Reporting tools.

·             Integration knowledge involving Oracle EBS and third-party applications.

·             Automation, reporting, and continuous improvement experience.

·             Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials migration initiatives.

Preferred Experience

·             Experience supporting engineering, construction, EPC, or project-based organizations.

·             Experience managing multi-country Finance support operations across North America and Mexico.

·             Prior involvement in Oracle transformation, assessment, or modernization program
