Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a qualified candidate for an Inside Sales Representative position in the Inside Sales department. Below is scope of the position.

POSITION SUMMARY

Incumbent provides technical and specification generation support to Customers and Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) along with processing specification change orders that reflect the customer specification requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Support the generation of customer specifications and pricing
Generate specifications as requested by the RSM
Provide order status support to Customers and RSM’s
Expedite ASP (new option) processing
Generate specification/pricing change orders as requested by Customer/RSM/Internal Functions
Lead / participate in customer order reviews
Provides communication between engineering and Customer/RSM
Complete new order specification reviews

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong computer skills to include expertise ERP system, Microsoft Office products
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and function in a high pressure, multi-functional team while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Quick resolution to customer issues when working across multiple functions / departments
Commitment to operating principles / ethics guides regulate daily behavior
Good knowledge trailer design and material components,
Problem solving, adaptability, and quality of work are essential elements to provide highest degree of customer satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to learn ERP / quoting systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Five years industry experience
Secondary education desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products desired
