The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers on their driveways or at their workplaces.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, conduct essential reporting, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Embrace independence and problem-solving, making autonomous decisions on the best course of action for each customer.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or an equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician, working with diverse light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 endorsement points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a mobile setting.
