About the Opportunity

TRITAL Care is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for assignments at skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities across New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to residents’ care plans, provider orders, and your scope of practice.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents’ responses.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or provider.
• Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as ordered and permitted.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, providers, and rehabilitation teams.
• Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and facility procedures.
• Support residents and families through clear communication and compassionate care.
  
  Assignment Details
• Pay, start dates, contract length, weekly hours, and scheduling requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed before submission.

• Current LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to facility workflows.
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred; required for select assignments.
• PointClickCare experience preferred; required for select assignments.
• Ability to complete assignment-specific credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• Availability for the agreed schedule, including weekends or rotating shifts where required.

• Competitive W2 Pay: $28–$30 per hour, depending on assignment and location.
