Technical Project Manager in Denver, CO || Onsite

Remember that this is not a typical agile PM who's only managing JIRA tickets. They have to be hands-on. They won't have a team to manage. The role will own initiatives end-to-end. Gathering requirements, developing execution plans, through coordinating internal teams, securing commitments, tracking delivery, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule. They have to be comfortable influencing teams without direct authority, managing competing priorities and aggressive timelines, and stepping in to solve problems when key resources or information are unavailable. Experience managing globally distributed teams, cross-functional technology initiatives, and operational activities across time zones is highly desirable. This is a hands-on execution role, not a PMO or project-management oversight position.

Job Description:

• 7 years of experience in project management, or strong technical experience with an interest in project coordination and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of technical initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.), and software development lifecycles
• Proactive problem-solver with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
