Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data platform development.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Proven experience delivering Hadoop-to-cloud data platform migrations.
Strong expertise in Hadoop ecosystems, including Cloudera, Hive, and Apache Spark.
Strong programming and data transformation skills using SQL and Python.
Experience with Snowflake SQL, Snowpark, and modern data processing frameworks.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, ingestion, transformation, and orchestration patterns.
Experience with data reconciliation, data quality validation, lineage, and migration testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Experience working with regulated data environments, preferably in financial services or banking.
Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams and managing technical delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
Proven experience in solution architecture, proposal development, effort estimation, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with generative AI tools for code conversion, migration automation, and developer productivity.
SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
Experience with large-scale enterprise data modernization programs.
Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Previous experience supporting presales activities, client proposals, and solution development in financial services.
