Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analyst to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications activities across government stakeholders, delivery teams, leadership, and user communities.
Translate program changes, transition activities, and implementation updates into clear, audience-specific communications.
Develop executive presentations, leadership briefings, and communication materials to support decision-making and program alignment.
Establish feedback channels, coordinate outreach activities, and assess stakeholder readiness to support change adoption and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, organizational change management, or program communications.
Technical Skills	Stakeholder Communication, Change Management, Executive Presentations, Communication Planning, Leadership Briefings, Stakeholder Analysis, Outreach Coordination, Feedback Management, Readiness Assessment, Communication Documentation
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting Federal Government IT modernization and transition initiatives, particularly Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) ICAM programs involving multiple vendors, government stakeholders, delivery teams, and end-user communities. Experience translating program transitions, organizational changes, and identity management process updates into clear stakeholder communications, leadership briefings, and targeted outreach materials. Experience supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption activities to help government teams, delivery partners, and end users understand new processes and operational changes. Experience coordinating executive communications, stakeholder feedback channels, communication planning, and issue escalation across federal program leadership, technical teams, vendors, and user communities.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
