Meditech Project Manager

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a MEDITECH Project Manager for a 6-month Staff Augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEDITECH implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects from initiation through go-live
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Track project milestones, risks, and issues, escalating and resolving as needed
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership and project sponsors
• Manage project budget, scope changes, and vendor coordination as applicable
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals
• Support change management and end-user readiness activities related to MEDITECH initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing MEDITECH implementation, upgrade, or support projects
• Strong understanding of MEDITECH modules and healthcare IT project workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
