Senior Accountant

About the Role

Join the accounting team at a robotics AI company as its primary accounting resource for US and international operations. You will partner with the Controller to support accurate financial reporting and maintain audit-ready records.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

• Lead month-end close processes for international entities and support full-cycle accounting.

• Prepare and review reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting documentation in accordance with US GAAP.

• Support intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.

• Five to eight years of hands-on accounting experience, including at least two to three years in a full-cycle accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, accrual accounting, and financial statement preparation.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reconciliation tools.

• Experience at a fast-paced startup or high-growth company, with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidation experience.

• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
