Project Manager IV – Telecom/OSS-BSS

Location: Charlotte, NC | Denver, CO | St. Louis, MO
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Certification: PMP Certificate - Mandatory

Note: Ex Charter Communications or Any Telecom Domain experience Highly preferred!

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have prior Charter Communications or Telecom industry experience, with strong OSS/BSS telecom domain knowledge.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.

• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in telecom projects, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and vendor teams.

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution.

• Track milestones and project status using Jira/Nexus.

• Prepare executive status reports and manage stakeholder communications.

• Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project planning and reporting.

Mandatory Requirements: PMP certification, 10+ years of project management experience, strong telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise, and excellent technical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
