Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in Vistex Incentives, Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Claims, Contracts, Agreements, Accruals, and Settlements. The consultant will be responsible for business process consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support across complex SAP SD/OTC and Vistex environments. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering at least one end-to-end Vistex implementation and be capable of working independently with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Vistex solutions, with emphasis on Incentives, Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Claims, and Settlements.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Vistex and SAP SD/OTC solutions.
  • Configure and support Vistex agreements/contracts, pricing agreements, customer rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, accruals, claims processing, settlements, incentives/paybacks, and month-end activities.
  • Design and implement complex SAP SD/OTC/Vistex business processes, including integration with distributors and customers through EDI.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Vistex IP Composite Model, sales tracing, accrual and settlement functionality, and related business processes.
  • Manage functional testing activities including test planning, unit testing, test execution, defect management, and coordination across project teams.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of SAP functional and business process consulting experience with strong SAP Vistex expertise.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Incentives, Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Claims, Contracts, and Settlements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD/OTC business processes and integration with Vistex.
  • Proven experience with Vistex agreements/contracts, pricing agreements, accruals, settlement, sales tracing, and month-end processes.
  • Experience with Vistex IP Composite Model and EDI integration with distributors/customers.
  • At least one end-to-end SAP Vistex implementation or 10+ years of deep SAP Vistex experience.
  • Strong testing, requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
