Assignment Details
- TELE, PCU, and Step-Down needs nationwide
- Contract lengths: 8–13 weeks with high extension potential
- Day or night shift depending on facility
- Typical patient ratios follow state/facility guidelines
- EMRs vary (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to monitored and moderately acute patient populations
- Interpret and monitor cardiac rhythms; escalate abnormalities promptly
- Manage cardiac drips (per facility requirements)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive safe patient outcomes
- Perform thorough assessments, documentation, and patient education
- Maintain compliance and adapt quickly to new environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in fast-paced or high-acuity step-down settings
- Familiarity with multiple EMR systems

- Minimum 1 year of recent TELE, PCU, or Step-Down RN experience (within the last 18 months)
- Active RN license (state-specific license required before start)
- AHA BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
- Strong telemetry rhythm recognition skills
- Experience with stable drips and monitored patient care
- Ability to complete onboarding, compliance, and credentialing requirements
