Job Summary (Senior SailPoint Developer)

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot a highly customized and mature SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.
• Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy Java and BeanShell code, integrations, workflows, and business-critical processes.
• Develop and support IdentityIQ rules, workflows, lifecycle events, provisioning processes, and custom objects.
• Refactor and improve existing customizations for performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Support integrations with directories, databases, applications, web services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in planning and executing the migration from IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Assess legacy functionality for migration, reconfiguration, reimplementation, or retirement in ISC.
• Develop and configure ISC integrations, workflows, transforms, provisioning logic, and lifecycle processes.
• Support coexistence and phased migration between IdentityIQ and ISC, including data validation and quality controls.
• Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor other developers and support staff.
• Create and execute test procedures, manage source control, and follow software-development lifecycle best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, releases, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, application owners, stakeholders, and SailPoint resources to define solutions.
• Document configurations, integrations, customizations, support procedures, and design decisions.
• Communicate technical issues and migration tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Promote cloud-native, configuration-first designs to minimize unnecessary customization in the future-state platform.
