Safety and Training Manager

As a Safety and Training Manager at MV Transportation, Inc., you will be integral in ensuring the highest standards of safety and training across all our transportation services. You will be responsible for developing and administering training programs that meet organizational needs and comply with external regulations or standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and training programs across various transportation modes including paratransit, fixed route, and shuttle services.
• Conduct regular safety audits and prepare detailed reports with improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate safety and training initiatives.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local transportation safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Manage and train a team of safety and compliance officers.
• Lead accident investigation processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization by designing and leading engaging training sessions for all levels of staff.
