The Role

• Accompanying and supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives
• Developing and implementing individualized support plans
• Collaborating closely with relatives and external services
• Documenting and reflecting on pedagogical work
• Organizing and conducting recreational and group activities

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Heilpädagoge / Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment
• Willingness to work at various locations within the Wedemark region
