Job Description

Our client, a leading accounting firm, is looking to hire an Application Developer – (HRMS/Oracle HCM) in Indianapolis, IN (Remote).

Pay Rate Range:  $75/hr - $95/hr on W2 (DOE)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting processes.
  • Lead and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations for U.S.-based clients.
  • Analyze recruiting business processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle solutions.
  • Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 and background check processes.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and offshore teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for HRMS production and development environments.
  • Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting business processes.
  • Prior experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience identifying gaps between recruiting requirements and Oracle product functionality.
  • Experience leading or supporting First Advantage integrations for I-9 and background checks.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
  • Experience with HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and/or Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
