What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Altenpfleger or Pflegefachkraft, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in basic care and supporting individuals requiring nursing care.
• High level of empathy, teamwork, and respectful communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Eagerness to develop professionally and learn new skills.
• A driver's license is a plus, but not essential.
