• Manage workload priorities to meet customer needs and agreed service expectations.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Managed Endpoint Services Engineer' should have:

• Experience delivering managed endpoint services in a customer-facing technical setting.
• Strong ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve endpoint-related technical issues.
• Experience managing customer incidents, service requests and case updates.
