The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with store management and associates to achieve merchandising goals.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Ability to perform physical work, including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
