The Role • Assist store management with basic store operations and achieving sales goals. • Train and develop a successful sales team, providing coaching and feedback. • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in management's absence. • Ensure adherence to company policies, including loss prevention practices. • Provide a fun, full-service experience and resolve customer issues effectively. • Communicate store needs and complete assigned tasks promptly. What You'll Need • Prior retail sales experience is preferred. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment and willingness to learn. • Ability to work night and weekend shifts, and stand for long periods. • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
