Job Description

  • We are looking for a MarTech Lead to take ownership of our marketing technology ecosystem and shape its future across a multi-jurisdiction regulated environment.
  • You will own the MarTech strategy, architecture, roadmap and vendor landscape, while working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data. This is a hands-on role where you will make technology and vendor decisions, shape requirements and drive delivery.
  • Our stack is evolving quickly, with HubSpot becoming our sole CRM, the website moving to a headless CMS, tracking transitioning to server-side GTM and Consent Mode, and Amplitude being rolled out as our behavioural analytics platform.
  • Compliance is an integral part of the role, with consent, data governance and financial promotions requirements embedded into the way our MarTech ecosystem operates.
  • What you’ll be responsible for
  • Own the MarTech strategy and architecture, including the audit, rationalisation roadmap and future-state technology stack.
  • Own the CMS, HubSpot, tracking and analytics ecosystem, ensuring strong governance, integrations, data quality and scalable processes.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiations and renewals, making clear decisions on when to buy, build or retire technology.
  • Build the foundations for tracking, measurement and analytics, including server-side GTM, GA4, Consent Mode and Amplitude activation.
  • Identify and deliver practical AI use cases across content, localisation, reporting and campaign operations.
  • Establish clear delivery and documentation standards, turning Marketing requirements into well-defined technical projects with clear ownership and milestones.
  • Act as the key technology partner for Marketing, coordinating with Product, Engineering and Data teams and owning the FY27 MarTech roadmap, including the 2027 rebrand workstream.
  • 6+ years of experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or a related field, including at least 2 years of ownership and management of a marketing technology stack.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, enterprise marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), GA4, server-side tagging, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar solutions, as well as strong technical expertise in modern web technologies, including 4-5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or comparable frameworks.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, implement, optimize, and rationalize technology solutions, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and buy-versus-build decision-making.
  • Strong project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience defining scope, technical requirements, milestones, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing compliance, including consent management, data governance, and regulatory requirements. Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, trading, gambling, or insurance is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools in marketing to drive measurable business outcomes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams in a remote-first environment.
  • Competitive salary, and discretionary annual bonus.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Life Insurance, Critical Illness & Income Protection cover.
  • Active Lifestyle allowance.
  • Annual leave above minimum entitlement.
  • Up to 3 weeks allowance to work in any location.
  • Enhanced parental leave packages.
