Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote / Chicago, IL 60604

Duration: 3 Months

Exp Req : 2-5 years

Pay Rate: $15-20/hour on w2

May sit anywhere in US but must be open to work Central time zone

Duties:              

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria.
• Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies.
• Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management.
• Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data.
