Senior Vice President, Client Success, Project Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Success, Project Manager, to join our API Onboarding Team, supporting our Outsource Clearing and Client Success team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager with a strong background in financial services, client implementations, and API onboarding. You’ll lead end-to-end onboarding initiatives and partner closely with clients and internal teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management to deliver seamless implementations and successful production go-lives. Cross-functional collaboration and leadership of complex client-facing onboarding initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact client initiatives while helping advance BNY’s digital client delivery capabilities.

Key qualifications include:

• Project management experience within financial services
• Experience with FIX 4.4, XML, and/or API onboarding
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Agile, Scrum, or PMP experience/certification preferred

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. 
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
