Job Description
My client is a recently Series A-funded artificial intelligence startup that built a platform transforming how elite financial institutions operate. By building proprietary AI that automates complex, end-to-end deliverables-such as pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos-this platform enables top-tier investment banks and private equity firms to scale their output securely. With enterprise-level deployments already live across global financial markets, the team is rapidly expanding to support its next phase of growth and market dominance.
As a Content & Graphic Designer, you will shape the visual and written narrative of a highly sophisticated, enterprise-grade AI product. This role demands a blend of strategic copywriting and high-end visual design to communicate complex technological capabilities to a premium financial audience. You will work closely with the founding team and go-to-market leaders to produce polished marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and brand assets that reflect the precision and elite quality of the platform itself.
Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, ideally within an early-stage startup or high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• A strong portfolio featuring high-quality work samples that demonstrate a clean, modern, and professional aesthetic suitable for enterprise audiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality assets under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-end marketing collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and web assets.
• Draft compelling, brand-aligned copy across multiple channels, ensuring messaging resonates with leaders in investment banking and private equity.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate technical capabilities into easily digestible visual and written content.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
• Manage the end-to-end production of content and design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

This role offers a competitive base salary between $140K and $160K (depending on experience), equity options typical of a Series A startup, and comprehensive health benefits.
