The Role • Answer inbound sales calls and provide quotes for multiple product lines and services. • Convert quotes to orders and identify opportunities for future business. • Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. • Utilize strategic sales skills to close sales on initial calls and overcome price objections by emphasizing value and service quality. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer requests. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services and educate customers on their benefits. What You'll Need • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required. • Strong sales competency, including the ability to tactfully overcome objections and close sales. • Highly efficient in technology with excellent active listening and attention to detail. • Ability to research customer businesses and proactively identify challenges and opportunities. • Clear, concise communicator with a high-energy, engaging, and accountable demeanor.
