The Role

• Design and implementation of refueling systems for fuel cell-powered submarines.
• Analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements for complex systems.
• Assessment of system reliability and safety through methods like Hazard Analysis and FMEA.
• Decision-making and execution of system design concepts through to verification and release.
• Creation of technical documentation, including test specifications and interface documents.
• Planning of tasks and workflows using standard project management tools.
• Management of suppliers and collaboration with classification societies.
• Support throughout the procurement process and organization of customer training.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in a technical or related field.
• Proven experience in System Engineering.
• Familiarity with common requirement management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in communicating with suppliers and customers.
• Solid knowledge of process engineering or plant construction.
• Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and structured working style.
• High level of initiative and self-organization.
• Willingness to undertake international business travel.
