The Role • Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with established technical standards. • Conduct inspections and ensure the operational readiness and safety of technical systems. • Identify and initiate the resolution of defects. • Perform and document maintenance, inspection, and repair work, reporting activities through IT systems. • Oversee, instruct, and accept work from contractors, and support warranty claim monitoring. What You'll Need • Qualified as an electromechanic or electrical specialist (VDE 0105) or equivalent, with specialized training or significant relevant experience. • Good knowledge of building technology operations and maintenance. • Familiarity with troubleshooting processes based on service agreements. • Proficiency in using IT systems for task management and documentation. • Experience with PC applications.
