Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the North America for enterprise software solutions and IT services. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and closing deals across key service areas including integration, ERP, application development, and advanced digital technologies.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute account penetration and acquisition strategies
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets aligned with organizational goals

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers
  • Understand client business challenges and align solutions accordingly
  • Drive consultative selling and value-based engagement

3. Solution Selling (Core Focus Areas)

Drive revenue across the following service lines:

  • Application Integration Services (API, middleware, EDI)
  • System Integration Services (ERP - Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Application Development & Modernization
  • DevOps & Automation
  • Data Analytics & AI/ML Solutions
  • Managed IT Services


4. Market Development

  • Develop strong market understanding of industry trends, competition, and pricing models
  • Build partnerships, alliances, and local networks in North America and Middle East
  • Work closely with onsite/offshore delivery and presales teams


5. Proposal & RFP Management

  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Position differentiated value propositions for enterprise clients


6. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery, presales, and leadership teams
  • Provide market feedback to shape service offerings and GTM strategy
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8-15 years of experience in IT services sales/business development
  • Proven track record of selling into the North America
  • Experience in enterprise software/services selling (multi-service portfolio)
  • Strong understanding of ERP (Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics), integration, and digital services
  • Experience in handling large deals and complex sales cycles

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital transformation
  • Self-driven with high ownership and accountability


Preferred Experience

  • Existing network of enterprise clients
  • Experience working with global delivery models (onsite/offshore)
  • Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Energy, Logistics, or Public Sector
