Job Description

Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Architect (Enterprise Transformation & AI)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work PST hours)

Duration: 8 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SCM Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation initiatives. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, define SCM architecture and roadmaps, govern integrations, and drive AI-first strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, enterprise transformation programs, solution architecture, governance, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise SCM architecture, roadmap, and transformation strategy.
  • Partner with operations and business leadership to drive digital supply chain initiatives.
  • Govern accounting design, integrations, extensions, and overall solution architecture.
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle Modern Best Practices and industry standards.
  • Drive process standardization and minimize unnecessary customizations.
  • Provide executive-level guidance, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and roadmap development.
  • Develop and institutionalize implementation best practices, accelerators, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for customer analytics and enterprise workflows.
  • Integrate AI models and automation capabilities into business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with AI leadership and delivery teams to establish AI-first operating models.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled processes and demonstrate measurable business value and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible and ethical AI practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of Supply Chain and ERP consulting experience.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of 6+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Experience leading 4+ large-scale AMS/support engagements with governance responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, integrations, and governance.
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
