Use PowerShell or similar tools to automate routine tasks and improve consistency through documented, approved processes.
Work with vendors on troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and migrations; participate in after-hours support and escalation as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
Three or more years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure support experience.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file permissions, virtualization, and storage.
Experience with backups, system restoration, disaster-recovery testing, identity and access, endpoint management, patching, and security controls.
Ability to troubleshoot system and application-access issues, prioritize incidents, and follow problems through resolution.

Ability to work onsite, travel among Petaluma-area facilities, and provide scheduled or emergency after-hours support.
Preferred Qualifications
