The Role • Produce, review, and edit user-focused documentation in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. • Evaluate and prioritize tasks for product documentation efforts, ensuring projects stay on track. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and flag risks to leadership. • Contribute to establishing a strong technical documentation culture and processes. • Partner with account, product, and engineering teams to ensure users have access to essential documentation. • Develop technical manuals, operational guides, user guides, and release notes. What You'll Need • 4+ years of experience generating technical documentation. • Proven experience writing user-facing technical documentation. • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation. • Experience creating content in various formats (e.g., Word, XML). • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. • Familiarity with military technical documentation standards (MIL-STD-40051, S1000D) is highly desired.
