The Role • Visualize customer requirements using modern 3D planning tools. • Develop and present customized kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget. • Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract closing. • Create offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics (delivery, installation, invoicing). • Support neighboring kitchen studios during periods of high demand. What You'll Need • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales. • Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends. • Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner). • Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction. • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic. • A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design.
