The Role

Visualize customer requirements using modern 3D planning tools.
Develop and present customized kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract closing.
Create offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics (delivery, installation, invoicing).
Support neighboring kitchen studios during periods of high demand.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner).
Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic.
A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design.
