Key Responsibilities

·         Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and displacement activities.

·         Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

·         Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

·         Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise applications.

·         Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing production support.

·         Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

·         Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

·         Follow established development, security, and quality standards.

·         Support data migration, validation, and environment management as required.

Required Skills

·         Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

·         Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development/configuration.

·         Experience with integrations and enterprise applications.

·         Strong understanding of Salesforce data, workflows, and marketing automation.

·         Experience working in large enterprise environments.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

·         Previous experience with healthcare or large healthcare organizations.

·         Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud displacement or migration projects.

·         Salesforce certifications are a plus.

·         Phoenix, AZ local candidates preferred.
