Senior SnapLogic Production Support Engineer (L2/L3)

5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting SnapLogic-based enterprise integrations in Production environments.

Strong ability to analyze complex integration architectures, understand end-to-end business processes, and troubleshoot interconnected pipeline dependencies.

Hands-on expertise in debugging SnapLogic pipelines, identifying root causes, and resolving critical incidents within SLA timelines.

Experience reviewing pipeline logic, data mappings, expressions, error handling mechanisms, and integration design patterns.

Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, messaging frameworks, and enterprise application connectivity.

Proficiency in log analysis, monitoring, performance tuning, and tracing transaction flows across multiple integrated systems.

Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL, and data transformation concepts, with the ability to diagnose data-related issues effectively.

Ability to collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, network, and business teams to resolve complex cross-functional issues.

Experience in change management, release validations, production deployments, and supporting business-critical applications in a 24x7 support model.

Demonstrated capability to create support runbooks, mentor junior team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance platform stability.

Preferred: SnapLogic administration experience, familiarity with ServiceNow and monitoring tools, and exposure to large-scale enterprise integration ecosystem
