We're hiring for a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company in Germany, renowned for its extensive network of service centers and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Role

• Replace and repair vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical-professional matters and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily operations planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of professional experience as a Kfz-Meister (m/f/d), Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/f/d), Kfz-Mechaniker (m/f/d), or Karosseriebauer (m/f/d).
• Willingness to complete the proficiency test or already be an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).
• A valid driver's license class B, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
