Position OverviewThe Growth Marketing Manager will own Splendid Skin's marketing strategy and execution end-to-end from paid advertising and social media to promotions, brand partnerships, and our website. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on measurable results, creative campaigns, and building a brand that reflects the quality of our services.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Meta + Google Ads)Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google AdsMonitor performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI and lead generationManage conversion tracking and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectivenessSocial Media ManagementDevelop and execute a content calendar across all social platformsCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects Splendid Skin's brand and aestheticMonitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow our follower base and communityPromotions & Campaign ManagementDesign and manage seasonal promotions, service launches, and special offersCoordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and channel rollout (email, social, in-office, ads)Track promotion performance and iterate based on resultsBrand Ambassador ManagementRecruit, onboard, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencersCoordinate content collaborations, gifting, and partnership agreementsTrack ambassador program performance and ROIWebsite ManagementMaintain and update the Splendid Skin website, including service pages, promotions, and contentEnsure the site reflects current branding, pricing, and offeringsMonitor site performance and troubleshoot basic issuesQualifications1-2+ years of experience in marketing (A MUST), ideally in a medspa, beauty, wellness, or related consumer-facing industryDemonstrated experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaignsStrong social media content creation and management skillsComfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once xhyhwjd Basic website management experience (WordPress preferred)Excellent written communication and a strong eye for brand consistencyHighly organized, deadline-driven, and results-orientedWhat Success Looks LikeGrowing qualified lead volume and bookings through paid and organic channelsBuilding an engaged, growing social media presence aligned with Splendid Skin's brandRunning promotions that drive measurable revenue and client retentionMaintaining a polished, up-to-date website that converts visitors into clientsDeveloping a brand ambassador program that expands reach and credibilityCompensation & Structure[To be finalized — competitive base salary or hourly rate based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to lead generation and campaign results.]
