As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvasing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and seeking to understand how we can assist homeowners quality of life. You'll offer free roof inspections to get a firsthand look at the customers' needs, leading to conversations about what we can offer with our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
Expect both independence and collaboration with a quality team to guide homeowners from inspection to project completion. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed!
The Good Stuff
- Minimum with uncapped earning potential
- $70,000-$85,000+ average first-year earnings
- Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
- $8,400 per year vehicle allowance

What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Representative, you will identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients by generating leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting, and by following up on company-provided leads and homeowner requests for estimates.
You will conduct roof inspections to assess damage and restoration needs, document findings, and take photos. You will also explain Legacy Restoration’s services, help homeowners understand how exterior restoration work relates to their insurance, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process. Accurate customer information and sales activity must be maintained and tracked in company systems.
Don’t know anything about restoration or roofs? That’s okay, we offer training and development.
You'll Need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- To possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to travel between assigned neighborhoods and local offices as needed
- Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

- Safely climb ladders and walk on roofs to inspect properties
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods while canvassing
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Follow all company safety guidelines and established procedures
